Coaching process

 

Trans4mation offers four key steps to coaching from the organisation viewpoint:

 

1) IDENTIFY
Executive development needs identified through 360° survey or other methods; coach selected.

2) CONTRACT
Coaching contract negotiated with executive, coach, HR manager and/or executive's manager.

3) RESULTS
Defined outcomes verified through re-survey, interviews or online tools.

4) RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Calculate the benefit of the programme using the Trans4mation Performance Development Monitoring™. (Available at additional cost)

 

The executive being coached has a slightly different set of stages:

 

1) ASSESS
Conduct personal assessment and feedback from organisation.

2) CONTRACT
Coaching Contract agreed with Executive, HR, Coach, and Executive's Manager

3) CHALLENGE…
One-to-one coaching takes place.
Earn the right to challenge, limiting mindsets, underused resources, possible actions and earn commitment to follow through.

4) REVIEW …
Progress and learning review, quantify results, determine return on investment, seek feedback from coaching client.
