Coaching process
Trans4mation offers four key steps
to coaching from the organisation viewpoint:
1) IDENTIFY
Executive development needs identified through 360° survey
or other methods; coach selected.
2) CONTRACT
Coaching contract negotiated with executive, coach, HR manager
and/or executive's manager.
3) RESULTS
Defined outcomes verified through re-survey, interviews or online
tools.
4) RETURN ON INVESTMENT
Calculate the benefit of the programme using the Trans4mation
Performance Development Monitoring. (Available at additional
cost)
The executive being coached has
a slightly different set of stages:
1) ASSESS
Conduct personal assessment and feedback from organisation.
2) CONTRACT
Coaching Contract agreed with Executive, HR, Coach, and Executive's
Manager
3) CHALLENGE
One-to-one coaching takes place.
Earn the right to challenge, limiting mindsets, underused resources,
possible actions and earn commitment to follow through.
4) REVIEW
Progress and learning review, quantify results, determine return
on investment, seek feedback from coaching client.
