| This four module programme was designed for
a French owned multi national retailer to link management
development to the organisations key strategic goals. Each
two-day module focused on practical business issues. We
worked in partnership with the internal training and consultancy
team and established an effective working relationship with
personnel who have different working styles and experience
from our own. The client was particularly pleased with the
way we were willing to offer and share ideas and materials.
