Leading Technical Research Organisation
Leadership Development Programme
A one-year leadership development programme for senior managers and heads of function with responsibility for profit and loss. This high impact programme was designed collaboratively with Trans4mation, incorporating the organisations strategy and new ways of working. The programme consisted of 5 x 2 day workshops delivered over 2 months, with key themes in each workshop focussing on:
Managing people
New concepts in leadership
Managing change

The above topics were positioned within a changing context for each of the 5 workshops; Inquiry, Stretch thinking, Overcoming tensions, Co-creation and Accountable action.
The final programme was a combination of presentations of leading edge material, practical activities, action learning sets, and action planning.
